Early this week Amy showed us her tried and true process for mapping customer experience (and thereby putting a plan in place to improve customer experience and garner 5 star reviews!). It works really well for most industries, but is especially suited for short term rental hosts! Once you’ve completed that mapping process, I recommend using it to inform your operations plan. Maybe you already have an operations plan from when you first launched your STR, or maybe you’ve just been winging it all along? Either way, starting one now, or updating and improving an old one, is a great activity for these long Covid-19 shelter-in-place days.
