Short Term Rental Booster Package

If you’re looking for a little boost for your short term rental, welcome us for a short stay in your rental unit and we’ll experience it with our keen our eye for detail and opportunities for improvement. We’ll provide a minimum 10-point assessment with action items that you can easily implement to improve your guests’ experience, marketing, and/or operations.  We’ll also write an article about your rental to either publish right away or save it for a before/after article to show off your improvements after our visit, depending on how much work your unit needs.   

Cost: $500 + a minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location.

Add on a Custom Guest Book

In addition to the featured property article and assessment, we’ll take the time to review your guest information you already provide (if any) and spend some time making it better, taking some photos if needed, and getting to know the surrounding area. We’ll put together a new and improved guest book and have a recycled materials booklet produced for your unit (to be delivered to you within 1 month of our stay). 

Cost: $750 + a minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location.  

A la carte Guest Book (no visit) $250 – we work together with you to create a customized guest book, have it produced and delivered to you. 

 

Add on a Design Overhaul 

If your short term rental is a little lack luster when it comes to design, we’re here to help! We’ll stay in your unit to get a good feel of the potential for your space and then offer a minimum 15 point report for improving your space, including direct links to product recommendations and instructions for implementing. We can also implement our design recommendations for you on an hourly fee schedule. Featured article and analysis included! 

Cost: $1000 + A minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location. The fee for design implementation is $100/hour (contractor fees not included).

Add on a Marketing Overhaul

In addition to the marketing boost you’ll get from our featured article, we’ll also review your thrid party listings (Airbnb/Vrbo/etc), social media, and website to help hone your messaging to attract the best guests to your home. 

Cost: $750 + a minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location.

Add a custom website: $750 additional fee + hosting. Can be purchased a la carte, without the site visit assuming you have photographs and can provide timely information.
