STR Consulting Packages

1) Roadmap to STR Success Package

  • Virtual Only: $500
  • In Person: + one or two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth

Give us a full video tour or welcome us for a short stay in your rental unit. We’ll research the realtime market data for your location and evaluate your current customer experience touchpoints, design, marketing, and operations plan.  We’ll deliver a minimum 10-point assessment (varies based on individual scenarios) with action items that you can easily implement to increase your revenue and get glowing reviews.  We may write an article about your rental to publish on our website or save it for a before/after article to show off the improvements you make based on the plan we provide (up to our discretion).

2) Success Package + a Custom Guest Book

Cost: $750 + a minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location.

In addition to the featured property article and assessment, we’ll take the time to review your guest information you already provide (if any) and spend some time making it better, taking some photos if needed, and getting to know the surrounding area. We’ll put together a new and improved guest book for your unit (to be delivered to you within 1 month of our stay).

A la carte Guest Book (no visit) $250 – we work together with you to create a customized guest book, have it produced and delivered to you.

3) Success Package + a Design Overhaul

Cost: $1000 + A minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location. The fee for design implementation is $100/hour (contractor fees not included).

If your short term rental is a little lack luster when it comes to design, we’re here to help! We’ll stay in your unit to get a good feel of the potential for your space and then offer a minimum 15 point report for improving your space, including direct links to product recommendations and instructions for implementing. We can also implement our design recommendations for you on an hourly fee schedule. Featured article and analysis included!

3) Success Pacakge + a Marketing Overhaul

Cost: $750 + a minimum of two nights accommodations in your rental unit and travel expenses for Amy and/or Elizabeth to get to your location.

In addition to the marketing boost you’ll get from our featured article, we’ll revamp your listings (Airbnb/Vrbo/etc), social media, and website to help hone your messaging to attract the best guests to your home.

Add a custom website: $750 additional fee + hosting. Can be purchased a la carte, without the site visit assuming you have photographs and can provide timely information.

STR Management Packages

1) Marketing & Booking Management

(10%) of nightly fee + $250 initiation fee

We set up and manage your listings, maximized to increase occupancy rates, on Airbnb or VRBO, and manage your booking calendar and guest communications.

15% of nightly fee + $250 initiation fee | Durham, NC Only

We set up and manage your listing, optimized to increase occupancy rate, on Airbnb or VRBO, manage your booking calendar, and provide 24-7 guest support and check-in coordination.

3) Full Short Term Rental Management

28% of nightly fee and cleaning fee + $250 initiation fee | Durham, NC Only

We set up and manage you listing on Airbnb or VRBO, optimized to increase occupancy rate, manage your booking calendar and guest communications, provide 24-7 guest support and check-in coordination, manage amenity and supply upkeep, coordinate cleaning services, conduct a monthly property inspection, and coordinate maintenance and emergency repairs.

We will waive the initiation fee for any new client who also purchases a consulting package. Use the form below to get started!
